I am a lover of all things fitness and wellness. I have been teaching fitness, health, and physical education classes for over seven years and I have a passion for helping others feel their best. As a Health and Exercise Science major and an ACE Certified Health Coach, the human body continues to fascinate me! I use my certification to help create lifestyle modification programs that include health tips, SMART goals, and advice to my loved ones, clients, and students to help them live their healthiest lives.
